How long does shipping take?

Please allow 3 days for order processing. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for shipping.

Can I track my order?

Yes. After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email. Once your item has been hand-packed and shipped, you will be sent another e-mail containing tracking info.

How will my order be shipped?

Almost all items are shipped via USPS with tracking. If your order contains only stickers, they may be sent via First-Class Mail service.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet! If you aren't based in the U.S., shoot me an email to let me know you're interested.

How is sales tax calculated on my order?

Sales tax is automatically added to your order based on the delivery address you provide at checkout.

Can I return my item if I decide I'm not satisfied?

You can return most items up to 7 days after delivery. Items must be returned in all original packaging to be considered for a refund. The Strawberry Shortcake x Verdant Moon collection is not eligible for returns.

Earrings are excluded for hygienic reasons.

When will I receive my refund if I decide to return my item?

A refund will be processed upon receipt of the item.
