Strawberry Shortcake x Verdant Moon Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

  • The Strawberry Shortcake Collaboration Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

2. Sponsor

  • The Giveaway is sponsored by Verdant Moon/Jordyn Alexander. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

3. Agreement to Official Rules

  • Participation in the Giveaway constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.

4. Giveaway Period

  • Entries for the Giveaway will be accepted online starting on Thursday, August 8th and ending and ending on Wednesday, August 14th, 2024 at 11:59 PM PT.

5. How to Enter

  • To enter the Giveaway, participants must:
    • Like the giveaway post on Instagram.
    • Follow both @verdantmoonstudio and @strawberryshortcake on Instagram.
    • Tag friends in the comments of the giveaway post (1 tag = 1 entry).
    • Bonus entry: Share the giveaway post to their Instagram story and tag @verdantmoonstudio.
  • All entries must be received by the end of the Giveaway Period to be eligible.

6. Prizes

  • One (1) winner will receive the full collection of Verdant Moon's Strawberry Shortcake collaboration earrings.
  • No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

  • The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
  • The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram by August 17th, 2024, from the official Verdant Moon Studio Instagram account.
  • The winner will have three (3) days from the time of notification to respond. If the winner does not respond within this period, another winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.
  • Verdant Moon shall have no liability for the winner’s failure to receive notices due to Instagram settings, spam, junk email, or other security settings, or for the winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.

8. Shipping

  • The prize will be shipped to the winner within two weeks of winner confirmation.
  • Verdant Moon Studio is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or undeliverable prizes due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the winner.

9. General Conditions

  • Verdant Moon reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
  • Verdant Moon reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Verdant Moon, Strawberry Shortcake, and their subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors, from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from:
    • Your participation in the Giveaway and/or Your acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof.
